Great Holiday – Safer than the UK We just had a fantastic break in Crete at the Golden Aparments. A last minute decision when Crete came back on the safe list for UK travellers. Yannis and Eleni made sure it was Covid safe, fumigated rooms, every area deep cleaned – it is safer there than in the UK. Breakfast served daily in the room a beautiful basket of fresh breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt & honey and fruits. First class and safe, we will be returning in 2021.

Relaxing break Warmest of welcome on arrival and the owners yianni and eleni cannot do enough for you, spotlessly clean and a lovely pool area and spacious apartment in a beautiful setting. Great location to both get around in a car and to walk into town (20-30 minutes walk ). We will definitely return, thanks for a great relaxing holiday, Kathy and Steve.

Fantastic Holiday Arrived late at night and warmly welcomed by Yanni.A wonderful host. The location was perfect for us – very quiet and peaceful with a 20 minute walk into the busy town with all it has to offer .The apartment we stayed in (No.12) was spotless and regularly cleaned. Matresses were comfortable – (good nights sleep throughout).Grounds and pool area very well maintained.Felt very reassured in current climate – regular sanitising of high traffic areas, sanitiser in all guest rooms and staff areas,B &B guests are provided with individual room breakfast basket daily(room specific )for the duration of their stay . Health and safety top priority confirmed by certification in meeting current Covid 19 requirements .Nothing was a problem for our Perfect hosts (Yanni & Eleni) always helpful .Highly recommend for a lovely relaxing stay. Wonderful Loved these apartments, the photos on jet2 really don’t do them justice. They’re far nicer in reality; spacious, solidly furnished, exceptionally clean and with some lovely, quirky finishing touches. All the balcony areas are roomy too. Gardens and poolside are beautifully kept and views are fabulous. It’s a good walk from the town centre but that suited us just fine. We usually got a taxi back in the evenings. Yiannis and Eleni were the perfect hosts. Thoroughly recommend.

Belle piscine mais c’est tout A l’arrivée on nous a proposé deux logements: un au RDC mais petit avec 3 lits 1 places dont 1 qui était dans l’entrée avec une porte vitrée sans rideau et un deuxième au 2 ieme étage qui était plus grand mais nous étions très chargé! Nous avons pris le logement au RDC mais ce n’etait peut etre pas le bon choix… Belle piscine et belle vue . Grande chambre mais très vieillotte et salle de bain très petite. Ménage fait une fois sur deux Très (trop) bruyant dû à la route qui passe juste à côté donc dérangeant quand on est à la piscine mais moins dérangeant la nuit (on entend pas trop) Situation au milieu de rien donc obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller manger Yanis est gentil et de bons conseils pour les restaurants et visites mais je n ai pas trouvé l accueil chaleureux, nous étions limite mal à l’aise …La femme est très froide …. On nous demande à quelle heure on veut le petit dej mais avec un enfant difficile de savoir à quelle heure sera le réveil… une fois nous avions demandé à 8h30 et le petit dormait… Yanis a sonné à la chambre… je trouve cela exagéré…et pas correct du tout de faire cela sachant que nous avons un enfant. Le petit déjeuner est très bof (tout est sous plastique , rien fait maison) Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

Un angolo di casa Sentirsi coccolati come a casa ma in un luogo di vacanza, questo è successo grazie alla premura e alle attenzioni di Yannis e Eleni, sempre pronti ad accontentarci in tutto. Perfetti padroni di casa! La struttura è bella, senza eccessi, pulita e dotata di una bella piscina che permetteva un ultimo tuffo serale prima di rientrare in camera dal mare. La colazione consegnata in camera, le chiacchiere con Yannis e Eleni, le piccole attenzioni (grazie per il caffe!)… un soggiorno breve ma speciale. Un consiglio a chiunque vada in questa struttura… lasciatevi andare e premiate le fatiche dei proprietari che fanno questo lavoro con un amore che raramente ho visto. Yannis prima di andare ci ha regalato anche il suo olio, buonissimo. Posizione comoda a 5 minuti di macchina da Agios. Parcheggio interno

Brilliant holiday Arrived late at night and after pushing our suitcases up the bank we were warmly greeted by Yanni and Eleni with a lovely cold beer. Very easy check in and shown to our apartment (no1). Very clean and well equipped. Lovely pool some days we were the only one there it was like having our own villa. Yes theres road noise but this didn’t bother us at all. It’s a 20-30 minute walk into town or Yanni will call you a taxi if you dont like walking. Grounds kept lovely and clean, honesty bar for cold drinks. Fantastic breakfast brought to your room everyday well worth paying for cheese baguettes, chocolate buns, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, orange juice, jam, honey, tea, coffee and finally a large bowl of Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey. Wonderful hosts nothing was too much trouble and we definitely hope to return. Thank you for a brilliant holiday

Fabulous Yannis and Eleni were wonderful hosts. The apartments were immaculately clean and the grounds/ pool very well kept. The location was perfect for us – very quiet and peaceful with just a short walk into the busy town, where there were lots of restaurants , bars and things to do. We had a wonderful stay at Golden Apartments.

Fantastic! Great hospitality, beautiful decoration and design of the room, in a very quiet and serene location, everything was perfect for me and my family. I loved it, and strongly recommend it, no second thoughts!

Excellent séjour ! Un accueil autant familial que professionnel, Iannis et Elena toujours prêts à offrir le meilleur à leurs clients. Appartement très propre et spacieux avec un excellent rapport qualité /prix . La piscine est superbe entourée d’oliviers et du chant des grillons! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et y retournerons sans hésiter !
